3) Children’s Privacy / Minors

Our Services include workshops for students ages 11–15, and may also serve minors in high school and college-bound contexts.

If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should provide consent and complete registration or intake on the minor’s behalf.

If a child is under 13, we require verifiable parental consent where legally required (including under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
