Terms of Use (Achieve Mentorship)
Last updated: January 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of achievementorship.com and the services offered by Achieve Mentorship, including P.A.T.H.™ Workshops, consultations, coaching, parent sessions, and the “Find My P.A.T.H.” quiz (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are / Contact Information
Achieve Mentorship (P.A.T.H.™ Workshops)
1205 NE Lombard St., Portland, Oregon 97217 (USA)
Email: [email protected]
Phone/Voicemail: 503.284.9671
2) Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own behalf, unless a parent/legal guardian provides consent and registers you as a minor participant.
For minor participants, a parent/legal guardian represents and warrants they have authority to consent and to provide information necessary for participation.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation if we believe proper consent has not been obtained.
3) Services Overview (No Guaranteed Outcomes)
Achieve Mentorship provides life development workshops and coaching grounded in the P.A.T.H.™ framework: Purpose, Action, Teamwork, and Health. The Services are educational and developmental in nature.
No guarantees: Individual results vary; we do not guarantee specific outcomes (academic, personal, emotional, financial, or otherwise).
Not therapy or medical care: Our Services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for professional care. If you need medical or mental health services, seek a licensed professional.
4) “Find My P.A.T.H.” Quiz
The quiz is provided for informational guidance only. Any quiz result or recommendation is not a promise of outcomes and should be considered a starting point for exploring the right workshop or support option.
5) Registration, Scheduling, and Communications
When you register, request a consultation, or book an intake call, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may contact you about your registration, scheduling, program changes, or support. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails.
6) Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Some Services may require payment (e.g., event tickets, workshop enrollment, coaching packages).
Prices and inclusions will be shown on the relevant Service page at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Refunds/Cancellations: Unless a specific written refund policy is provided at checkout or on the purchase page, all sales are final. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] promptly with purchase details.
(If you already have a refund/cancellation policy, paste it and I will integrate it cleanly here.)
7) Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including program materials, frameworks, logos, text, graphics, and downloadable resources) are owned by or licensed to Achieve Mentorship and are protected by intellectual property laws.
P.A.T.H.™ and related marks are proprietary to Achieve Mentorship.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content or program materials without our prior written consent.
Workshop workbooks and templates provided to participants are for personal or internal family use unless explicitly licensed otherwise.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes,
Harass, abuse, or harm others (including minors),
Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code,
Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization,
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security,
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9) Participant Conduct and Safety
To protect participants and the learning environment:
We may establish program rules for respectful interaction and confidentiality.
We may remove participants from sessions for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior without refund, where legally permitted.
10) User Submissions (Feedback, Testimonials, Messages)
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, testimonials, form responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
You represent you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
11) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party tools (payments, scheduling, analytics, embedded content). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their separate terms.
12) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACHIEVE MENTORSHIP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Achieve Mentorship from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site/Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
15) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or near Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
(If you prefer arbitration instead of courts, tell me and I’ll revise this section.)
16) Changes to These Terms
